Roman Civil War

I would like to create a mod set in the period of the Roman civil war (Sulla vs Marius, Caesar vs Pompey).
I can design the map, the graphics, the OOB, but I am unable to create the events. I can dedicate myself to this work on a daily basis. Does anyone feel like actively participating in this project?
