I've just installed the latest update after manually downloading the update from the Matrix Games site. Please see the screenshot for details.

That is not the last unless you use Windows 7 or a 32-bits OS.

The last is 1328.18

From which version were you updating?

You may also post your dxdiag file to help the devs to solve your issue.

You almost certainly got 32-bit and 64-bit binaries mixed up.

I'd suggest wiping out the installation and starting again.
