mk 57 reload bug for LCS (log 0015320)

Hi.
I submitted this a long time ago. A log was assigned but a fix has been incorporated as of yet.
To recap, see attached sav and image.
After the weapon is reloaded from the magazine into the mount there is a 19 hour waiting period before it can fire the mark 57. gun again even though the weapon is mount is filled.
The issue affects swarm type scenarios.
