[FIXED]Patrol Flight Plan Loop

I am finding problems with flight plans for Patrol missions and packages.
I am creating AAW patrol missions with 2 aircraft on station at any time, in flights of 2 from an available 4 aircraft, and creating a flight plan for them.
With a pair of aircraft flying to the patrol, one will stick at the Assemble waypoint while the other goes to the patrol area. If I delete the Assemble waypoint, the stuck aircraft goes to join the other in the patrol area.
Reaching Bingo fuel, the aircraft return towards base. At the Landing Marshal Point one goes back to the last Turning Point, and then returns and lands. The other goes back to the patrol area and keeps flying until it crashes for lack of fuel. At this point the Flight plan has changed so thet the last two waypoints are take-off not landing points.
All very odd, is this a known bug?
