why Lagg-3 AG can't upgrade to Lagg-3 11 series?

Anyone konws how to upgrage Lagg-3 to Lagg-3 11 serise in manuall change interface.
And I have 170 in pool, but no aviliable in change.

Actually, other AG can't upgrage or change to Yak-7A/P-40E. These new type plane I don't konw how to use in MAP AG, include Yak-7a/Lagg-3 11/Li2VV/P-40E.
My PBEM save is 41 compaign- no early end in T30 (1942/01/11).

If there are new aircraft types, you have to wait 4 or 5 turns (to the next month!?).
Then it works.

Hi,
I believe an aircraft needs to be produced for a few turns before becoming available for the front.

Just remove two 7.62mm machine gun means a new type? It's not make sense.

The rules are the rules. If it's a new aircraft, you have to wait for it to be in production for a month. For the series 11, that's turn 33.
