Japanese opponent sought - Closed

Long time Japanese Fan Boy looking for first game as the Allies in PBEM.
Happy to play either scenario 1 or 2, whichever Japanese player feels more comfortable with.
Do have some standard House Rules in mind (no Allied TF turn 1, Political Points for crossing borders (certain nationalities like Thai exempt) etc.), however would prefer to have a chat with a prospective opponent about expectations/experience before confirming these.
Am more interested in a long term game, and more of a fluffy/narrative-style player if that is of any help. Could do 1 turn a day at best, every second at worst.
