RTB aircraft WILL NOT refuel! (Solved it)

Solution, Had to plot an arbitrary course for them, didn't matter what but they drank after I did that.
OK, I don't want to put this into Tech Support as it's been a while since I played C:MO and so much has changed, So maybe I'm doing something wrong with my doctrine?????
1. With the Scenario I recently designed under (Play Test right now) the aircraft have to refuel twice, once on the way in and once on the way out. Using the Flight Planner missions the aircraft were refusing to refuel on the egress portion (2nd refuel waypoint point). So I thought I was doing something wrong with the second refueling egress leg refueling waypoint. Or maybe you can't put two refuel points in missions?
So...
2. Today I set and ran my missions up the old fashioned way and manually controlled my aircraft deleting the automatic missions that popped up. Now on the egress, and with RTB Orders, Not one of the aircraft will refuel on RTB.
I have tried everything...
a. Unassigned them all from their missions and tried to get them to refuel (they briefly try to head to the refuel point and then return to RTB)
b. Broken up a group and given each individual aircraft doctrine to "Allow" and "Pick Nearest Tanker" and order them to refuel using each of the three options, Automatically Pick, Manual, and By Mission, no joy!
c. Went into the side doctrine and gave the entire side Doctrine "Allow" and "Pick Nearest" commands then assigned that to all missions and units using the buttons on the bottom.
I believe the RTB command is overriding any order possible order to refuel. Otherwise, what am I doing wrong??????
