[1328.18] Jettisoning fuel tanks does not affect fuel burn

This is not a new phenomenon to 1328.18, I just never asked if it was meant to work this way until now.
When an aircraft jettisons fuel tanks, the fuel capacity is reduced, and fuel exceeding that new capacity is removed, but the fuel consumption is not changed. The expected behavior would be to reduce fuel consumption to account for the reduced weight and (especially) drag.
I have attached a save file with several pairs of identical aircraft. I placed one, copied it, and placed the copy next to the original. The left one in each pair has its fuel tanks, the right has jettisoned them. I tried jettisoning with the game paused and running and saw no difference. The fuel burn for each pair remains identical.
