Provide SS-Wiking with MP on Turn 1

This map from lexikon-der-wehrmacht shows SS_Wiking just east of Lvov on 1 July. Yet, the division has zero movement points on turn 1. I'd suggest changing that so the unit has MP on turn 1.

Unless the double lines around "SS-W" indicates future movement. If that's the case, then zero movement points on Turn 1 may be correct.

A pair of references coincide:
Wiking was held back in reserve during the initial stages of the Russian invasion and was not
released until 29 June when it was ordered through Galicia near Tarnapol.
The Wiking did not go into action on invasion day, but instead was rushed forward to join in the fighting as Army Group A’s panzer troops
pushed eastwards against the surprised Red Army troopers. Taking up position on the northern wing of the Army Group, the Wiking fired its
first shots in anger on 29 June 1941, led by the SS-Westland Regiment, in what became known as ‘the Battle of the Frontiers’.

I saw the Wiking division's position on the map on 1 July (and thought I'd made a discovery!), but the division not moving until 29 June explains it having zero movement points in the game on turn 1. Thanks for the reply.
