Polish auto-surrender not working - V7.0.0.0.

This is a very old bug that returned with the new version 7.
In the global campaign game, at the very beginning of the S/O turn, if you click "no" to aligning Poland to Commonwealth in the pop-up form, then another of the same pop-up form appears. The only way to get rid of the forms is to click "yes" on one of them, but then you are asked to setup the Polish counters while all of Poland is automatically German-controlled. Hence, the game is stuck. This is easy to reproduce.
