1.26d Strategic movement display issue

Sometimes the arrow for strategic movement does not appear on the map. This seems to happen on roads without traffic signs. However when hovering over portions of road with traffic signs stopping pull points the arrow appears again.
In this picture I'm hovering over the hex circled in red. There's no arrow. The other two pictures show that if I move to an adjacent hex on roads with traffic signs, the arrow appears again. The same behaviour also happens on other portions of the road. In practice it's possible to click to do the strategic movement if logistics allows so it's not a big issue.
