I just downloaded Operational Art of War and when I open the game, then click on new game only three scenarios are there. I thought this game came loaded with various time periods and lots of scenarios. What am i missing

I've had mine installed for years so forgive me if I'm wrong but...
If you click on New Game and then in the next screen click on the folder in the lower left you will be presented with an array of folders. That's where your other scenarios are. But like I said, it's been years since I had a fresh install.
