Solutions for "Bear Only Launch" Weapon Issue in CMO?

Does anyone know if there is a universal method in CMO to resolve the issue where "bear only launch" weapons don't fire? I'm curious about the possible causes and why weapons might not launch under this condition. Any advice or insights would be appreciated!

Did you check if the weapons are actually "bearing" only capable? I haven't seen BOL-capable weapons having an issue recently.

If you are on version 1328.14, try upgrading to 1328.18.

Is this still an issue in B1328.18 ?
