Very annoying admin work

Hello,

I like to set all my Corps HQs, Army HQs, and Army Group HQs to support level 0 and have the SU all roll up to OKH (support level 9).

I noticed a lot of the time SU stay with the Corp HQs (namely, Pioneers). Why is that? The HQs arent locked. I like to rearrange my SU a lot until i know exactly where i am planning a mass attack, but having to do the constant admin work in the commanders report after each turn is a pain. Maybe I am doing something wrong.

Construction and engineer support units have
permanently assigned support level settings that override
player support level settings, with the exception of
“LOCKED,” which will stop the automatic transfer of any
support units from the “LOCKED” headquarters unit.

The way I do it is to lock all HQ.
Combat SUs are stashed in OKH and manually assigned to units as required, then back to OKH - often the next turn.
Yes, it is a lot of admin. That is the nature of the game, there are advantages to micromanagement and players have to decide how much they are willing to do.

A mass transfer option like the one that exists for Tbs would help alot. Also would be great if mass transfer from commanders report worked for planes also.
