Missile storage maintenance in 1908??

Hello
Playing as USA in 1908 I've seen in the maintenance tooltip i'm spending monthly 347 in missile storage!!
I suppose it's a bug
Has anyone had the same issue?

did you get info that you researched any missile tech ? if not then certainly it is a bug.

I just checked that this error only occurs when you start in 1900 and take the option to build the legacy fleet.
You can check it in the tooltip when hovering the mouse over the maintenance box
