[1328.18] Unit Status speed letters remain on orange color

1) Select surface ship that its speed reduced due to sea state. Right Panel Unit Status speed letters are shown as orange for reminder.
2) Select random air unit and speed letters remain on orange color until selecting land facility with zero speed.
