Mina Khowr al-Amiyah and Mina al-Bakr are two Iraqi oil loading terminals located south-east of al-Faw. Before the Iran-Iraq war, two-thirds of the oil Iraq exported was loaded through the terminals.
The war stopped all commercial activities, but due to their valuable location, both terminals were well garrisoned and defended. A Sea Tiger radar was installed on Mina al-Bakr as well to detect Iranian shipping in the northern Gulf. Because of this, the Iranian Navy decided that both
terminals had to be destroyed. On October 31, the Iranian navy launched Operation Ashkan, using three FAC's to bombard and damage the Iraqi terminals. Although they succeeded in disabling the platforms, they realized that a different approach was needed to prevent the Iraqis from utilizing the terminals.

Hi, thanks for the scenario.

A typo in the name, Morvarid?

There is a scenario of this operation for Harpoon 4 (miniatures game).

I may send it to you if interested, perhaps is useful to get some ideas.
