It is T88 in my GC against tyronec and i cant disband this unit. Neither on the map nor in the SR. I am not able to send it in other TBs? Is this WAD?

It has a future transfer to the NF and then SR, so disbanding is not allowed. That assumes you don't have enhanced TB control. If you have enhanced TB control, then you should be able to disband it, unless it is isolated or too close to an enemy hex or enemy unit (don't remember which).
