7.00 bug, naval overrun when conquering Poland not working

In this game, I overrun the destroyer flotilla, which is sunk at port. the convoys rebase but my NAV finds them and sinks them.
However none of them really die and they finally can (and must) be rebased to England
We repeated this one or two times and finally it got it right, so maybe it will not be possible to reproduce (... or probably yes).
