Maps with many islands end up requiring lots of PP, to setup transport contracts, makeshift ports, but also from shareholder events, some options costing 5 PP. This shifts PP availability from scarce but manageable to severely starved for non democratic profiles. An Oceania exclusive source of additional PP would be welcome to alleviate this problem.

hmm... how about a new building for worlds with a maritimes, like an MTH Liaison Office available to be built in port hexes?
