Explore system command not working with asteroids

Hello,
since having installed game version 1.2.2.0, I noticed, that the command "Explore system" doesn't work in every case. For some systems I noticed, that maybe one or more asteroids of an asteroid field have not been explored when the explorer ship claims to have finished the exploration of the system. Sometimes it can be an asteroid orbiting a planet. It is not much of an issue, it is just a bit annoying.
I usually issue then manually the command to explore the location or asteroid field and that resolves it then.
