DLZ Issues for SM-2 and ESSM Blk II

Hi All,
I'm writing to report issues with two AEGIS/Mk41-carried interceptor missiles. I created a simple scenario which in part involves YJ-12 and YJ-18 salvoes attacking several USN AEGIS-equipped surface combatants. However, when the missiles come within range of the SM-2 blk IIBs and RIM-162E/Hs, they do not fire and cannot manually be engaged due to a purported error with the ASCMs being out of the interceptors' DLZs. These incoming ASCMs then proceed to fly at ~60ft ASL and impact the surface combatants without them ever firing any interceptors, and the missiles remain out of parameters for the whole engagement. The ASCMs in the scenario I constructed come straight at the surface combatants and there are no other unusual assets in play that I could see causing this. Their radars and datalinks are all apparently operational as well during the engagement. Has anyone else encountered a similar issue and is there a known fix for it? Please advise. Thanks.
