It would be nice to have an option to pay the traders to transport goods between SHQs, independent of logistics chains.

Perhaps set up as either a one-time thing or a constant offering, with the cost perhaps being based on distance or similar.

Perhaps like a land-analogy of Oceania's MTH transport contracts.
