Scenario Design

I’m a relative ‘newbie” to WitE 2, having been an avid player of the original WitE years ago. I love to design scenarios, and I’m currently working on several small campaign scenarios revolving around the Crimean campaigns of 1941-42. I’m having a few issues that I’m hoping someone in the forum can help me with. I have been able to design the map, clipping it from the full size map; design and place units on the map; and change the territory ownership appropriately on the map. The problem I’m running into is that every hex on my new map is now marked “isolated,” which plays havoc with my units in terms of supply beginning on turn two. I think it’s because I do not have a national supply source on the map, and I don’t know how to get one. Is it a supply issue? Does anyone know how to turn the hexes from “isolated” to normal? Please help! Thanks!
