I saw that too. Checked multiple times, the large graphic definitely said 30% off, but the actual game page only gave 15%. I just shrugged and bought RTW3 at 15% off.

Yes, the big banner saying 30% was visible on the front page of matrixgames.com. It was also visible, as seen in that (partial) screenshot, at the top of the page that showed the games currently on sale, so the same page was showing both 30% and 15%. I think that was https://www.matrixgames.com/inventory/special. But the sale ended so can't see it anywhere now obviously.

In RTW3 you manage ships and aircraft related to naval operations. This includes aircraft carriers and airbases. You request your air industry develop different types of aircraft based on a set of priorities you set. While this system doesn't go into the same nitty-gritty detail as the ship design system - one of the main features and highlights of the game, there's still plenty of direction you can give to your air industry to develop the aircraft that suit your needs and naval strategy.
