Duplicated Air Groups and Aircraft Types

v1.00.46
I had a series of bug reports at the end of the last turn, one after another. Unfortunately I did not save the error messages and clicked them away - I would guess around ten different messages that came up one after another, but it might have been one error message per airfield or even one per air group. In any case, once the error messages had been clicked away, I could continue with the game.
By luck, I did check the Air Group Management at that time. The end of turn report had stated that one of the airgroups had been upgraded to a new LJF type and I checked the status of the Aircraft Carrier in question, but noted that while 12 of the new LJF type were shown as in service, the aircraft carrier in question (Cadiz) showed only the previous type for both of its LJF squadrons. There was nothing else out of order with the Air Groups at that time.
I saved the game at that point and closed the system.
Later, upon reloading the game, I found that the air groups have all been duplicated. I attach a cropped and an uncropped screenshot of the Air Group Management report and a copy of the save file FYR.
If you look at the uncropped screen shot and Cadiz's Air Group in particular, the first Air Group (8212) is shown with the new LJF type (CASA 152) in the first instance and the old LJF type (R-130B) in the second instance for the same Air Group.
This condition is reproduced each time I open the files, so I guess that the database was modified at the end of the last turn.
After making a new save file, I then deleted the duplicate air groups and looked at Aircraft Types. They are also duplicated. I attach a screenshot of this screen as well. Note that there are no aircraft of the duplicates in service.
I checked the other screens, but could not see anything else that appeared duplicated
Not much of a clue I am afraid.
