Please tell me how I can supply my units by air. I build transport planes in the construction menu. Then, the number three with an airplane icon is reflected in the unit menu. But I don't know how to use it. For example, the truck icon on the roads can be pressed and the unit will receive supplies.

Air supply can only be used on OOS units. If the unit has supply line, not matter how small, it will not be an option.

Also, one need an air unit (of any type I think) in range IIRC.

Well, contrary to truck, air transports are not spent when used (unless shot down) either for paradrop or supply runs.
