1. If moving a size 8 factory, the editor shows "size 8 damage 10 delay 4".

If the factory was moved due to the Axis capturing their location or being evacuated earlier what would the extra
damage and delay amount to?

2. When evacuating factories to a new city is that new city still limited to the 20 slots that is in the editor?

3. Do like factories (Arms Production, etc) combine in a new city? For example would 2 3 arms factories combine to a 6?

1) It will get additional damage, its possible the damage varies depending on the time between capture and scheduled transfer. No idea about additional delay

I also noticed a few factories that had a move date well after the Axis capture date in the editor. Does that mean if the factory location is captured by the Axis and there is a move date the date itself doesn't matter? Only that it is scheduled to be moved at some point?

examples please, maybe one or the other date is wrong

Poltava. Version I'm using has Armaments Production being moved 5-Oct-1941 and it shows the Axis capturing it on 18-Sep-1941.

My manual says factories will relocate on the historical date or if the Axis capture their location. That makes me wonder if a city is set to be evacuated in July 1942 but it's captured in October 1941 if the Axis capture will trigger the move.

Okay so as long as the factory HAS a relocation date it will relocate. Either on that date or earlier if it's captured before the relocation date. Thanks
