There are times when I have extra, extraneous, or conquered assets that I don't want to pay for, but would be good additions to the private economy of a zone. Most commonly, these are Ports, Farms, and Oil Wells. I would like to be able to denationalize these assets and let the private sector economy profit from them. I don't think the player should be paid by the private sector to do so, as freeing up workers, boosting zone income, and the attendant increased increased taxes is payment enough.

Demolishing or mothballing these assets seems wasteful.
