Frozen Units

Is it possible in the editor to either UNFREEZE a unit or change the period that they are frozen?
I tried but the change never took.

locate the unit on-map to freeze/unfreeze or change frozen period.
Be careful with HQs as it may drag commandeered units into this change
In WitE1 Dominic made a great improvement so it could be altered from the Editor/unit list but that was not ported to WitE2
