I see it posted on the store page but I do not see a 60% discount (or any discount, except if buying the SC bundle which is 10%).

Was that 60% discount a typo of some kind?

If you search the store for Strategic Command then you will see discounts at varying rates for all our other games.

I also do not see any launch discount, just the bundle discounts.

Lighten up. It was obviously a mistake in the original release that's just not clear that they meant a discount on the other SC games. No one launches a new game with a 60% discount on the new game.
