Has anybody ever modded artillery and AT-Guns as factory buildable?

probably never tried by anyone so you will have to test this yourself.
Probably best to use GC41 with locked generic data as testbed, modifiy some artillery to be producible, add factories producing them and modify the artillery ground ype to be produced in factories.
Either it works or you get a mix of factory and on-demand production
