The Day

The day of Build Queue Date can be adjusted by build queue. However, the day is locked on 12 and not beyond. Why is it so?
You must be using a non-english language on windows.
This was an issue long ago. It was never resolved. I could not figure it out.
In English it works correctly.
The last person to complain about this had his PC set to French and it did this. Microsoft had no reasonable reply for my query. I don't know what to do except to set the language to English on the PC.
