I’m intrigued about the War in the Pacific AI being able to handle only regular amphibious transports for the 1941 Grand Campaign.

I was wondering if the AI in the World War I, War in Europe, and World at War SC games are able to handle only regular amphibious transports in their respective Grand Campaigns, even with modifications?
