[1.26 f2] Stratagem GR Optics not working

Hello,
GR Optics are not working according to what I see in a game:

You must do a new design to apply the bonus, did you do it? The GR stratagems only can be applied if you make a new design, it works like any other military improvement.

I understand what you say but I have this Stratagem for a long time and now it is round 213. I have over 40 models and nothing have GR Optics. Look here:
Light Tanks - first 2 models do not see this tech (because I did not have it) but later ones have it 'shaded'. Last one do not have space to show it but in Design there is '0' at this parameter.

I checked the detail design log in my current game and I've got the same thing as Muad89 - it does seem like the bonus from GR optics is not being applied correctly.
Here's the log for my latest model and you can see the GR super charger tech is doing stuff but the GR optics (which I got before the GR supercharger) appears to be doing nothing with a value of 0.

Seems like GR optics is either not displaying correctly or simply not working.

Hi,
Thanks for reporting. It is on the list. Will be a long wait for next patch though. Will be back in office the latest in early september. But... i'll try to get a few days of quick fixes in mid-august somewhere.

This will be fixed upcoming version. Though restart will sadly be required. Thanks again for spotting
