Having played Strategic Command WWII, and the 1939 Campaign since it's release, I note a large discrepancy in Soviet income. A playthrough on 6.26.2024 shows income of 427 MPPs as of 3.2.40 while a 7.21.2024 playthrough shows income of 248 as of 3.2.40! Same '39 campaign, same settings, same research, same mods (Iron Cross, Community Pack DLC).

Did the Soviet Union experience the same mobilization numbers throughout both games? For major powers, the higher their mobilization value the higher their income as a percentage. So, depending on what happens internationally countries like the Soviet Union will see their income rise as their mobilization values increases.
