It seems as if M30A1 does absolutely NO damage to its valid target types, which are Surface Ships, Land Structures (Soft), and Mobile Units (Soft). No damage seems to be dealt no matter how many times I try.

Within the save I have placed a selection of MLRS units, each with a different type of munition. North of the MLRS units are a few valid target types.
Hopefully testing out each type on the targets will expose the M30A1 being defective.

That's a different missile, the only weapon from Himars not working as it should in future update it's this one

Though IIRC, tested the save posted by stepbackjumper2, and the problem happened also to the M270 and to the Phantom, a ship, the 2 units that may fire it besides the HIMARS.

So thought that the problem was with cluster munitions in general, or at least with several of them.

there were in fact two distinct issues that compounded to present this error. Fixed both for the next update.

That's a different case, and being investigated separately.
