Rogue F-35s

Flight 3236 (2x F-35s in the south of Syria) are flying towards Israel after a mission. The status is unassigned…
But the aircraft cannot be commanded to go anywhere else than its homebase. If I command them to fly up north or east, it continues the flight as it was. Pressing the unassign key has no effect. They have gone rogue..
It maybe has something to do with the no-nav areas but should not be possible I guess?
