Map Hexside editor?

I noticed there are few things need to be corrected on the map, plus i have changed the map itself with different looks, etc.
Curious is there a map editor for hexes and hex sides? When i press F6 while ingame, there some hexes or hex sides need to be fixed for my purposes.
