Bought the game from the Matrix but still no in MY PAGE

Hello. Im a longtime customer of your games. This is first time that after buying game (Strategic command: Pacific) I could not find this title in MY PAGE. Is this any technical problems ore something else.

It does sound technical, and the best people to speak to are Matrix Games support, as hopefully they will be able to help you resolve it very quickly.

Something similar happened to me. If you've got an email with with your registration ID, you can go to your games list, and manually add it, under "My Page" and "Register Serial"
