SOE:Events with missing or incorrect DE Tags

FYI - Rather than submit one at a time, the following is a more complete list of events either missing or having the incorrect DE reference in their name.

This does not include the script files where DE tags are not used. (at least I tried to avoid listing those...)

This is more important than it initially appears as having the correct DE tag provides the correct context when selecting the Game Option script events.

When playing the game, many players only have the information contained in the event names to go on and is the only way they can associate an event with a given linked DE from Game Options.

The algorithm used for forming the expected DE tag strings was:
1. If event block contains an appropriate #DECISION= value, that value is used (and has preference);
else
2. If event block contains an appropriate #LINK= value, that value is used to denote the referenced DE;

Obviously, #LINK= 0[n] is ignored.

What would be VERY nice is if the game would just dynamically built the correct event name string from the content of the event block data. :P

But, sadly, it does not so those event name strings have to be manually correctly constructed in the event block data. :(
