One of the specialties of HQ is its group supply. 28 trucks have consumed but the increase of the effectiveness of surrounding 6 units is 24 only. HQ itself does not. It costs more with less effectiveness got. 1 to 1 is more cost-effective. What is the merit of this specialty?

i don't think it really matters except make it easier, that uses lots of supply trucks, I usually just give to a few key units. you seem very prolific, you must be new? welcome. I would be glad to play a game with you and answer questions as we go.
