It seems that the "Recruit Merc" stratagem has the wrong value: 15hrCardPoints (instead of 150?).
Each turn, I get 3 or 4...

It seems that the cost varies with the weight, so my remark is null and void.
On the other hand, I notice that with the following patches have corrected the excessive influx of new stratagems.
