Strike Tutorial 1 Crashes and Save Issues

I am having 2 issues with the Strike Tutorial Campaign, on scenario 1 (unable to get past this scenario due to these issues).
Build 1328.18 (latest Steam Version, not on the beta).
OS name : Microsoft Windows 10 Home
OS platform : Win32NT
OS version : 6.2.9200.0
I used Steam's "verify integrity of game files" to ensure it wasn't file corruption.
Issue 1 - On completing the scenario, I click "Continue Campaign" and get an error popup, preventing me from continuing the campaign:
See attached save file "Autosave.zip". Reproduce it by simply loading this up, and setting time acceleration to max, wait for the popup to show the mission as completed after the target is destroyed, and try to continue campaign.
Issue 2 - Reloading a save mid-scenario (even reloading one made near the start), the popups that are supposed to show messages simply show "SCENARIO ATTACHMENT NOT FOUND: StrikeTutorial_1_Strike_1_Target_Message.html"
Try loading the save in BrokenScenario.zip, and fast forwarding until the first message pops up.
This is only fixed by starting the campaign from the beginning again.
