Export Units Not Working

Build: 1405 CIV
DB: DB3K_507
The export unit feature is currently not working. To replicate try export something from a scenario. The problem has left a log which is attached below.
Edit: When loading an import file all the details (Group, Valid From/Until, Notes) are missing from the Load Group(s) from File section.
The clone unit feature is also not working. To replicate select a unit clear its sensors and add something that was not original to the unit and make a clone of it it just makes a copy instead. If you just have no sensors it will clone properly. If you just change the sensor order it just reverts it back to original order. Looks like this has also produced a log which is below.
