The first category, Weapons per Salvo and Shooters per Salvo of WRA, does not inherit its value from the unspecified choice like all other categories.

Load scenario. Jump to mission editor and go into WRA. Change the unspecified value to something else and notice all chance but the first line (ex. 0-500 ton ships etc). Look in escort WRA and notice the same.
