Using build 1405, deselecting visible reference points when editing a no-navigation zone does not hide the reference points.

I'm not sure what you mean. Aren't the RPs supposed to remain visible after deselecting them if your settings are for RPs to be visible?

edit: Think I discovered something related but worse. Keep clicking on the "visible reference points" box in the No nav zone editing box and it deletes each RP one at a time as you toggle the box.

What I meant was that the edit no-navigation zone window, when the visible reference points box is selected then the reference points for a no-nav zone should be visible on the map. When the box is not selected the reference points for the no-nav zone should not be visible which I found helpful to declutter the map. Under both options the red no nav zone appears in the map.

I previously didn't notice what you discovered but I noticed the same now.

Additionally, a no-nav zone created on an earlier version with visible reference points not selected at first correctly does not show the reference points on the map. However once selected/deselected the reference point problem occurs as described above.
