Is it possible to download an older game version?
Since the steam version is automatically updated, we installed the matrix version, which allows you to choose whether or not to update.
However, the past version I wanted (1.00.27) was no longer available for download.

Currently, there's no way to do so. We generally recommend users update to the latest version of the game as new versions have important bug fixes, changes, and other improvements.

I understand that it is important to play with the latest version. rtw I bought it on steam, I play with the latest version.
I wanted that version because I had written the aar with saved data that I started with an older version.
