One single tomahawk is enough to destroy everything in a SA-10 system.
(no cluster munition)

Curious what you base that on. I haven't seen that specifically. It would help to post a save showing that.
As to the SA-10, I think those all-in-one units have a game weakness of being counted as one unit and not as individual parts. Its like single unit airfields vs. grouped airfields. If you want to see individual components attacked, I think you need to use a grouping of multiple units. I use a ton of tomahawks in my benchmark scenario and I have not noticed any difference in damage assessments between 1328.XX and 1405. But that's just my guess.

In the saved scenario I included a 154 JSOW for comparison. It only takes out 2 individual units and causes about 14% damage.

Thanks for the heads up. The problem was due to an over-correction in the case of frag-optimized warheads (like the new superfrag warhead on M30A1 GMLRS).
Fixed for the next update release.

Thanks. As I said, I always considered those "multi-unit" units to be like single unit airfields. I'll have to pay more attention to how I allocate weapons.
