I'm coming from the Steam forum. I have about 1,000 hours in the game and to my recollection I haven't lost a multiplayer game, yet. I'm interested playing against some of the more experienced players on the Matrix forums. I'm comfortable with either side, but would prefer to play Axis. I should be able to take a turn a day most days.

Sounds good. I've put a game up. Password: Kursk43. You'll be Axis.
House Rules I play with are not DOW by Japan on British Colonies before US Entry (the gimmicks with a couple islands).
Let me know if you have any other House Rules you want.
Excited to see what these Steam Players have got up their sleave ...

Okay, I should be home from work in about 5-7 hours. I have inconsistent end times and sometimes work as long as 15 hours, but I don't think today will be one of those days.
I don't really have any house rules, but I consider it unsporting to use neutral major power ships to scout for active major power ships in battlegroups. The last time that happened I declared war on Italy with the UK, sunk most of their exposed fleet, and invaded Sicily in 1940 before the Germans had even conquered France. The other play resigned after that. So I was able to deal with the problem using game mechanics, but I still think it is unsporting.
I won't declare war on British colonies with Japan before US entry.
The Axis strategy I plan to use I haven't seen posted here, so hopefully I will provide you an interesting game, and you can expose its flaws.

Hello, archmache,
Are you still interested in finishing our game? It looks like we are fighting over a tactical victory at this point. Well-played. I'm unable to send a message directly, because the forum says I don't have enough activity, despite being registered for years and purchasing multiple games through Matrix, Slitherine (before the merger), and Steam. I'm more of a reader than a writer.
